Families across the country are spending 600 billion dollars annually on child and senior care. As leading caregiving organizations, what can we do to ensure that families can afford to provide quality care for their loved ones?

Companies across the country are losing 34 billion dollars a year due to declines in employee productivity resulting from addressing caregiving responsibilities on the job. As employers what can we do to ensure we are creating an environment that fosters productivity and support?

In March 2010, Care.com will provide a forum for these issues at our first annual Care Summit where major corporations, leading caregiving organizations, and service providers will come together to address the challenges presented by child and senior care. Through a series of interactive sessions, TOGETHER we will develop a blueprint to support family caregiving while fostering productivity and retention.
